Chicken Fried Rice
Making fried rice at home is easy and quick, and all the ingredients you need can be purchased at any supermarket. The important thing is to cook your rice ahead of time and allow it to chill thoroughly so the grains don't stick together when you stir-fry it. I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs in this recipe, but just about any meat, cooked or raw will work.

Made with espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, Häagen-Dazs® Coffee Ice Cream (my all-time favorite ice cream), and topped with chocolate shavings, this adult cocktail dessert not only satisfies my sweet tooth, it also satisfies my need to unwind.

Crockpot Bacon Bourbon Baked Beans
And now I can easily say I won’t ever grab baked beans in a can again. So much flavor here, so much texture, so much bacon and so much booze. With just a hint of bourbon, these beans are definitely our new go-to recipe. They can be made in advance and with just an hour of prep work you can throw everything in the crockpot and leave them to their own devices.
