This was my first time shoveling an icebox cake into my mouth, and while I was wary (I mean I think we all know my stance on s’mores, but regular graham crackers can go take a hike) and couldn’t understand just HOW it worked, I was a giant, giant fan. I loved this so much more than I thought that I would. The grahams really do get cakey and soft between the layers of homemade cake batter pudding, fresh whipped cream, and eight billion sprinkles. I wish I could wear this as a hat.1 9X5

This may sound strange, but don’t judge until you’ve tried them. I made them for our Super Bowl Party in January and they were a crowd favorite! Everyone kept saying, “HOLY COW… what is in these?!!?!” and my response surprised every. single. one. of them. Nobody could believe it was a 3 ingredient appetizer!

Easy: Check.

Savory: Check.

Bacon: Double Check!

The corn is just bursting with sweetness this time of year. There is no reason not to head to the nearest farmer’s market, grab some fresh corn, and make this simple dish for dinner tonight. No reason at all, quit arguing, don’t make me ground you.

Cute as a button... and tasty too! These are a simple, bite-size appetizer. I like to double the amount of filling to make sure there's plenty for each little 'mater.

 I made this bread slash cake slash cake slash bread right before I left on vacation. So I had to like, eat a lot of it so it wouldn’t go to waste. And about halfway through, I just started scraping at the bottom with a fork, devouring all of the caramely and sugar-crusted bananas.

This was a wise, wise choice my friends. For once, I did something right.

One batch only makes 12 cookies.  Make sure you have a friend to share a cookie with because these cookies are GINORMOUS!

The chicken soaks up all of the juices and flavors from the salsa and becomes quite yummilicious when it hits your taste buds.
