Zucchini Cakes

I’m serving them up with some ranch dressing for a dipping sauce and a little crushed red pepper for style and flare. Delicious!

Little omelets - fill with your imagination!

Oven Baked BBQ Fries

So what's a girl to do with five russet potatoes sitting on the counter? Cut them into thick wedges and slather them with barbecue sauce...why not. And then eat them one by one until you feel you can't stuff yourself anymore. Rinse. Repeat.

It's not like the fry itself has this overwhelming barbecue sauce flavor, but it ends up having a nice smoky-sweet background taste. So, to really drive home the whole barbecue experience, mix more of the barbecue sauce with sour cream to make a dipping sauce. Yum.

German Chocolate Cake Sundae

It's really good and really does have all the flavor complexity of a German Chocolate Cake.

Butterscotch and Milky Way Tapioca Pudding

In this recipe  tapioca pudding takes a turn for the spectacular when cooked with a brown sugar custard then loaded with folded-in whipped cream and oodles of chopped Milky Way candy bars and little tiny bits of cream cheese.

Chili Rellenos Casserole

This Chili Rellenos Casserole is very easy to prepare and is loaded with flavor. Great for a busy week night, and good enough for company.

Chicken Parmigiana

This is one of the go-to dishes I make for my family.   Rich, flavorful, and totally satisfying,

Cream Cheese Jalpeno Crescent Poppers

So easy.

Super good pop-in-your-mouth-I-want-more kind of appetizer.

Great with an Ice Cold Beer or Margaritas (a must actually).

Sweet, Hot, Creamy, Flaky Yum-a-licious.

And last but not least, pretty darn cute.
