And last but not least, pretty darn cute.

Frozen puff pastry makes these appetizers a snap to prepare ~ just roll out the dough, top with a combo of sun-dried tomatoes, chopped spinach and grated fontina cheese and bake until golden brown.

These are very, very, very, very good. Lots of flavor, golden on the outside, soft and melty on the inside.

Starting with refrigerated biscuit dough makes this recipe really simple to prepare. The goat cheese, pine nuts and sun dried tomatoes are a terrific flavor combination, creamy and nutty with just a little bit of sweetness.
