Description

Carole's amazing salmon dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon
  • 1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 tsp Onion - minced
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp liquid smoke

Instructions

Use 1 lb. can (drain, get rid of bones and skin) or 2 envelopes of salmon.  Combine all ingredients and chill.
