Ingredients

  • 2 slices sour rye bread or cut rye roll
  • butter
  • thinly sliced corned beef
  • sauerkraut
  • 1 slice Swiss or Gruyère cheese
  • Russian Dressing

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly butter bread on one side only. Layer corn beef, sauerkraut and cheese on top of two bread slices. Spread generously with dressing. Wrap in foil and heat until cheese is melted and sandwiches is heated through out. You can also grill under a broiler in a skillet.
