Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup White Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2 cup flour

Instructions

Mix the eggs with the peanut butter and beat in the shortening, brown and white sugar. Mix together the baking soda, salt, oatmeal and flour, then add to the peanut butter mixture.  Drop by rounded teaspoon onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 8 - 10 minutes.
