  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup shortening
  • 2 over ripe bananas
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

My family likes half of the banana replaced with apple butter.
