Marinated Cucumbers
I like my cukes marinated in a mixture of two parts vinegar to one part oil. You can adjust it however you like. The longer it sits, the better it gets. Until it gets slimy. Don’t wait that long.

Bisquits and Gravy Dip
This dip, I have been thinking about and was finally able to bring it to life. You see, I love biscuits and gravy, but not always as a main course. I love serving fancy pancakes for brunch, but also want something savory in the mix. This kind of lets you have it both ways. You get to serve your awesome pancakes for the main course and this can be out when guests arrive! You can thank me later.

Buffalo Blue Cheese Fries
PARTY. IN. YOUR. MOUTH.
Tell me this doesn’t just SCREAM “GAME DAY!!!!” I mean everyone serves some sort of buffalo dish for game day: buffalo wings, buffalo chicken dip, buffalo chicken pizza, buffalo chicken quesadillas… and now THESE little bites of goodness.
You’re man-friends will love you. Hubs couldn’t even speak, he was shoveling these in his face so fast!

Cheesy Spinach Puffs
Today’s recipe, however, is just about the best thing you can do with that wonderful combination, and that is saying something. It’s just plain crave-able. Moist, spinach-studded, cheese and egg puffs get toasty, crispy bits around the edges and taste great alone, but they really sing when dunked in warm marinara or pizza sauce. It’s enough to turn a Monday-feeling-Friday into a Friday-all-the-way.
Moist, spinach-studded, cheese and egg puffs get toasty, crispy bits around the edges and taste great alone, but really sing when dunked in warm marinara or pizza sauce. This is a favourite movie-night snack at our house and has won over even the most ardent anti-green vegetable protesters in our family. The smaller you chop the spinach after squeezing it dry, the easier it is to get it past picky eaters.

Asparagus and Parmesan Rolls
Looking for a delicious appetizer? Just listen to this...bundles of asparagus with roasted red peppers and a creamy filling, wrapped in golden puff pastry. Trust us, they taste even better than they sound.

Pecan Brown Sugar and Kahula Baked Brie
I LOVE brie cheese. Well, I actually love all cheeses… but that’s another story. However, there is nothing quite like a good baked brie! I usually make mine topped with jam and wrapped in croissant… it’s a sure-fire winner. So why was I surprised that this baby was a hit as well? Who knows! One thing I’ve learned is that people love a good baked brie! It’s the #1 request I get when people come over or I’m invited to a party… hah If only they knew how EASY they were to throw together! And this one? Even easier… no croissant, no wrapping – quick, easy, and it will blow your mind!

Sausage Cheese Dip
I’m such a stupid lover of cheese dip, it’s stupid. Stupid stupid stupid. I made this last Saturday for the Arkansas/Alabama game (embaaaaaaarrassing) and – oh, did I host a party, you ask? Oh no. The cheese dip was for me. All two pounds of it. Fooooor my face. Aaaaaand only my face.
