Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raspberry or pineapple jelly
  • 1/4 cup pecan pieces
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeno peppers
  • 1 tube ritz crackers
  • 1 pkg (12-oz) queso fresco

Instructions

1.  Combine jelly, pecans, and chopped jalapenos in a small bowl and set aside.

2.  Place the cheese on a platter and top with the jalapeno jelly mix.  Serve with crackers.
