Description

Ingredients

  • Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Cake Mix
  • 1 pkg Vanilla pudding, instant
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Crisco Oil
  • 1/2 cup Rum (white Bacardi)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Mix 1st 6 ingredients for 2 minutes.

Add chopped pecans in bottom of well greased bundt pan

Pour mixture on top of pecans and bake at 425 for 1 hour

Sauce:

1/2 cup Rum

1/4 cup water

1 cup sugar

1 stick margarine

Let boil 3 minutes.  Pour over baked cake in pan. 

Let stand for at least 45 minutes before removing.
