Potatoes and Cheese Casserole

Description
Ingredients
- 10 medium potatoes
- 1/4 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can pimentos, 4 ounces
- 1/2 Bell Pepper, chopped
Instructions
Boil potatoes with jackets, peel, and dice into cubes. In saucepan mix the remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
Pour sauce over potatoes. Bake in casserole dish at 200° for 1 hour.
