Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsps bell pepper, finely chopped (optional)
  • 3 tbsps Catsup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Prepared Horseradish
  • dash pepper
  • 2 tsps prepared mustard

Instructions

 Combine all ingredients and lightly mix. Shape in patties and place on greased grill or brush with salad oil. Broil over hot coals 5 minutes, turn, and broil about 3 minutes more.
