Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup white syrup
  • 1 inch square paraffin

Instructions

Boil sugar, syrup and 1/2 cup cream to soft-ball stage.  Add 1/2 cup cream and boil again.  Add remaining 1/2 cup cream and pariffin.  Boil last time to hard-boil stage, or until it cracks in cold water.
