Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temp
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

preheat oven to 350

Combine butter and sugar in mixing bowl - cream well.  Beat in eggs, bananas and vanilla.  

Combine flour, baking soda and salt and add to creamed mixture - mix well.

Pour into greased 15x10x1 banking pan.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool.

For frosting beat butter and cream cheese, gradually add confectioner's sugar and vanilla - beat well and spread over bars.
