Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • 8 ozs cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 pkg "Jello" brand, instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk

Instructions

First Layer: Mix flour, margarine and pecans together. Spread mixture in 9 X 13 Pyrex dish. Mash in bottom of pan with fingers. Makes a thin layer of crust. Toast in 350° oven til crunchy and light brown. Cool completely.

Second layer: Soften cream cheese and mix with powdered sugar. Mix 1 cup Cool Whip with cream cheese mixture. Spread on top of crust.

Third layer: Mix milk and instant pudding according to directions. When thickened, pour over second layer.

Fourth layer: Spread Cool Whip over top. Keep refrigerated.
