Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 1 pkg corn bread mix
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese
  • jalapeno pepper, finely diced (optional)

Instructions

 Mix all ingredients and bake a! 375° for 45 minutes
