Description
Ingredients
- 2 cans cream style corn
- 1 pkg corn bread mix
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Grated Cheese
- jalapeno pepper, finely diced (optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and bake a! 375° for 45 minutes
