Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shelled pecan halves
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tbsps cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions

Mix egg whites and pecans. Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle sugar cinnamon mixture over pecans and egg whites. Stir well until all pecans are completely coated. Spread into a large pan and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
