Description

A flavorful chili sauce for hotdogs.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb 85% ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 8 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 8 tbsp a-1 steak sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

In stock pot cook beef & worchestershire (do not drain)

Add all remaining ingridents and bring to boil

Ladle into food processor and puree

Return to stockpot and simmer for an hour

Freeze leftovers for future dogs
