Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast, skinned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cans water
  • 1 cup raw rice
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

Melt butter in casserole. Add rice and stir, add soup and water. Place chicken in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake on 250° for 3 hours.
