Description

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can Hershey's syrup
FROSTING:
  • 6 tbsp margarine
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.  Then prepare frosting.  Bring margarine, milke and sugar to a boil for 30 seconds, remove from heat and add chocoalte chips adn 1 tsp vanilla.  Place in cold water and beat until smooth.  Frost bars.
