Description

Another large casserole to feed a large group.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bacon (cooked crispy and chopped)
  • 1 lb Sage Sausage (cooked and drained)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups milk
  • 6 slices Bread (cut into cubes)
  • 2 tbsps prepared mustard
  • 12 Large Eggs (beaten)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredents in a large bowl then pour into a large greased baking dish. (I use a 9"x15" Pyrex) Bake for 45 minutes. Can be made the night before and kept in the refrigerator. Add some extra time and don't preheat the oven if baking right from the refridgerator.
