Better Than Sex Cake

1 Package Yellow Cake Mix
1 Can Crushed Pineapple In Juice (20 Oz)
2/3 Cup Sugar
2 Packages (3 1/2 Oz) Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
3 Cups Milk
1 Cup Heavy Or Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
3/4 Cup Coconut

Bake cake as directed in a 13 X 9 cake pan.

Meanwhile, cook pineapple w/juice and sugar over medium heat, stirring occasionally until thick and syrupy, about 20 minutes.

Pierce cake with fork. Pour pineapple over top. Cool.

Mix pudding and milk, spread on cake.

Beat cream; add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until stiff. Spread on cake.

Refrigerate 24 hours. Sprinkle with coconut.
