Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 box jiffy mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

Mix all ingredients.  Put in greased 9x9 pan.  Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes until golden.  Double recipe for 9X13 pan.
