Description

Open-faced cucumber sandwiches that pack a lot of taste in a little package.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Party Pumpernickel bread
  • 1 cucumbers
  • 1 pkg cream cheese (8 ozs.), softened
  • 1 envelope Good Seasons italian dressing mix
  • dill weed

Instructions

In a small bowl mix cream cheese with Italian dressing , until combined.

Slice cucumber in thin slices.

Spread a layer of the cream cheese mix on a slice of pumpernickel(not too thick.)

Top with a slice of cucmber and sprinkle with dill weed..

Refrigerate ! hr. before serving.
