Description

First used in 1989 for a dinner at our home just after we got married.  I made dinner for our two moms and the only good thing was the sauce.  23 years later and many attempts at changing the recipe from a 1 cup yield to something we could use for a meal I arrived at this recipe.

  • 1 medim onion
  • 5 cup crushed or diced tomatos
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
