Description

A hot eggnog to we enjoy during the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs (separated)
  • 1 box Powdered sugar (half pound)
  • 1 oz Rum and Brandy mix
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Instructions

                                                                                                                                                                                                          Put egg whites in a bowl and beat until fluffy. Put yolks in a bowl, beat until well blended, slowly add powdered sugar.  Fold in egg whites.  Put 3 TBS of batter and one shot of rum/brandy mix into a coffee mug and mix well.  Add boiling water, stir and sprinkle with nutmeg.
