Ingredients

1 lb hamburger
1/2 cup quick oats
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp onion flakes
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Mix together and press into a loaf pan (about 4x8). Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
