Grandma B’s Famous Beet/ Grape Jelly

3 cups of beet juice
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 package Certo
4 cups sugar
1 box grape jelly powder

Boil beet juice, lemon juice and Certo for 1 minute. Add sugar and boil 6 minutes together. Add grape jelly powder when you take it off the stove. This is exactly like grape jelly from concord grapes. (Just don’t think about the beets…advice from Auntie S.)
