Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can white chicken
  • tortilla chips
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes
  • 10 cherry tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pace Picante sauce
  • Fiesta cheese, Grated
  • black pepper
  • crushed red pepper

Instructions

Finely chop chicken; add peppers and picante sauce, Mix well in a small bowl. Spray 9x9 pan with olive oil, Cover with a layer of chips. Layer chicken mixture across chips. Place green onions and cherry tomatoes across chicken. Layer more chips, covering chicken. Mix cream of chicken soup and Rotel tomatoes in bowl, pour over top layer of chips. Top with grated cheese. Cover with alluminum foil 25 minutes in 350° oven.
