Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Cake mix any flavor
  • 1 can Pie filling (that complements the cake mix)
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter

Instructions

 

Layer in deep covered baker- cake mix, pie filling, pats of butter, cover, microwave for 10 minutes. Take out and stir mixture. Microwave an additional 2-3 minutes until set.

Notes

 

Combination ideas: 

-yellow cake with apple pie filling (after 10 minutes, stir and sprinkle with caramel sprinkles, then microwave 2-3 more minutes)

-spice cake mix with apple pie filling (after 10 minutes, stir and sprinkle with cinnamon sprinkle, then microwave 2-3 more minutes)

-chocolate cake mix with cherry or strawberry pie filling

-white cake mix with apple or peach pie filling

-strawberry cake mix with strawberry pie filling    

-white cake mix with strawberry pie filling
