Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 stick butter
Instructions
Combine above ingredients in sauce pan over medium heat, until makes a soft boil.
