Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Simply potatoes
  • 1 ctn Small Carton of half and half
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pkg parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg cheddar cheese (8 oz.)

Instructions

Place potatoes in a buttered casserole dish.  

Melt butter and add half and half.

Pour over potatoes.

Layer pamesan cheese across.

Layer cheddar chees across.

Bake 350 degreees for 1 hour.
