Crack Potatoes
I decided to mix the dip into a big bag of frozen hash browns. The result? A fantastic potato casserole! We absolutely love this! Chicken Legs requests this all the time. I divided the potatoes up into 3 disposable foil pans and froze them so we always have potatoes when we need them. We just finished off the last pan, so I guess I need to add this to my grocery list this week.

Cinnamon Roll Pulls
This bread is SO addictive. We could not stop pulling off pieces of this delicious cinnamon sugar bread and popping it in our mouths. The Vanilla Honey Butter that I used in the bread is amazing. You must make it. It absolutely makes the dish! It was so good that I could have eaten it with a spoon. I didn't, but I could have. Give this bread a try for breakfast, brunch or even dessert. It is quick and makes a great presentation.

Mississippi Sin
This is a great tailgate dip because it is great hot and still really good cold (after the game). I ate way too much of this. I feel like the bread bowl is optional. It looks good, but it isn't necessary to the success of the dip. I think this would be just as good baked in a baking dish.

Oven Roasted Ravioli
I always oven bake these raviolis and they turn out great! They are quick and easy to make. I used frozen ravioli, but refrigerated ravioli would be great too. Serve these with your favorite marinara sauce or pesto for a simple and delicious appetizer!

Baked Brie Tarts
I decided to make some baked brie bites for our tailgate last weekend. Everyone had the same reaction. They all said the competitor brie was good, but the Ile de France brie was really, really good! There was a big difference in how each brand tasted. The Ile de France cheese had a much richer and fuller flavor than the other brands of brie. Chicken Legs especially loved this. This was his first time eating brie cheese, and he loved it! We will be making these brie bites a lot!

Italian Corn Salsa
I always make this the day before we want to serve it and let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator. This is one of those dips that gets better the longer it sits. Serve the dip with your favorite chips; we prefer tortilla chips or scoops.

Overnight Blueberry Almond Oats
First, let’s talk about the Overnight Blueberry Almond Oats. I love making overnight oats because they are easy to throw together before bedtime and when you wake up, breakfast is ready to go! I like to make my overnight oats in a jar so there is only one dish to wash in the morning. I mix oats, almond milk, Chobani plain Greek yogurt, cinnamon, and blueberries together. I put the jar in the fridge and go to bed!
In the morning, I take the jar out of the fridge and top the oats off with almonds, extra blueberries, and cinnamon. I dig right in, there is no need to cook the oats. You may think cold oats sound odd, but I promise they are tasty, especially during the hot summer months. The oats are creamy and bursting with blueberry flavor. And I love the crunch the almonds add.
I eat oatmeal for breakfast almost every morning. I never get sick of it. During the summer months, when it is hot, I like to switch things up and eat overnight oats. Overnight oats are eaten chilled, straight from the fridge. I love overnight oats because you can mix them together the night before and when you wake up in the morning, breakfast is ready!
I am currently loving Overnight Blueberry Almond Oats. The oats are creamy and loaded with plump blueberries and crunchy almonds. I make the oats in a jar so I can eat the oats on the go! There is no excuse for not eating a healthy breakfast. Start your day with Overnight Blueberry Almond Oats!

Summertime Chopped Salad
A salad without the vegetables. Can things BE any better?*
Yes. Yes they can. You can scoop your salad up with chips. Thin and crispy, authentic tortilla chips. Salty ones. Crunchy ones.
Or at least the remnants of salty and crunchy ones that sit in the bottom of the bag, ravaged and tired after someone’s hand spent the majority of it’s weekend deep down inside, just missing the crumbs.
