Smoked Paprika from Spain
I am now ready to make a really good paella. I tried this recipe from Bon Appetit (Epicurious site) and it is easy and totally awesome! http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Roast-Chicken-Breasts-with-Garbanzo-Beans-Tomatoes-and-Paprika-242113
re: Smoked Paprika from Spain
We've been having fun with paella too. I bet there might be an Artisinal Spice to compliment our next paella adventure.
correction for blog link....
Sofa King dumb. The actual link is: http://theartisanallife.blogspot.com (I registered this google blog name awhile back without having any idea what to do with it, and am now using it to support my http://ArtisanalSpice.etsy.com store.)
So it would be wise to register a new blog with the name "ArtisanalSpice"......much easier for people to remember.
re: correction for blog link....
TheArtisanlLife blog looks great. You have so many appealing product ideas that you're developing. I have to say, I see the emerging "Andria Senini" brand starting to unfold.
blog...something's wrong
grrr....it looks like something's wrong -- not sure if it is google or me.
I must be insane...
...because I opened yet another Etsy store for my spice blends. Friends kept asking me for the recipes, so I realized some are good enough to sell at http://artisanalspice.etsy.com
Opened last week, already have a few fans and sold 4 blends.
Most of us "Pills" have a good collection of spices and herbs in our kitchens, but for most people, recipes calling for 17 or 11 spices isn't economical if they have to by a whole bottle of an esoteric ingredient.
The blog, http://artisanalspice.blogspot.com, supports the Etsy store and has some recipes to illustrate how the blends are used.
re: I must be insane
Can't comment on "insanity", but you're definitely the creative and talented "pill". Artisinal Spice is a great idea. Good luck with the new store!
PS. is the link http://artisanalspice.blogspot.com to your blog correct? I get a "blog not found"?
