Description

Whole Wheat Honey Bread

A very nice and light whole wheat bread. Very airy.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Milk -- Microwave for 24 seconds
  • 6 tbsps water
  • 3 tbsps butter
  • 3 tbsps honey
  • 1 1/2 tbsps sugar
  • 1 tsps salt
  • 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup white bread flour
  • 1 tbsp bread machine yeast

Instructions

Place all ingridents into bread machine in order listed above. Use 1 1/2 pound setting and medium or light crust setting
