  • 1 lb Cheap Steak
  • 1 lb Good Steak
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 lb Sausage, casing removed
  • 15 ozs tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsps chili powder
  • 2 jalapeno chile peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 2 Chyenne Peppers
  • 1 red onion, chopeed
  • 1 White Onion, Chopped
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can beer
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • tabasco sauce, to taste
  • salt & pepper to taste
