Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 5 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 4 tbsps cornstarch
  • 1 small box strawberry jello

Instructions

 

Mix sugar and cornstarch well.  Add boiling water to mixture, stir and cook on medium heat until mixture becomes clear and thick.  Add jello. Cool.

Cook 2 pie shells- wash and slice 1 quart of fresh strawberries.  Add strawberries to cooled mixture- pour in cooled pie shells.
