Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled pretzels, crushed
  • 3 tbsps butter
  • 8 ozs cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 ozs cool whip, defrosted
  • 6 ozs strawberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 pkgs frozen strawberries

Instructions

Combine pretzels, butter, and sugar. Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake this at 400 for 8 minutes then cool in Refrigerator.

Mix together at low speed cream cheese, sugar and cool whip. Spread on top of cooled pretzel base and make sure that edges are sealed. Refrigerate again.

Dissolve jello in boiling water and then add frozen strawberries. Stir for a few minutes and then pour on top of crust and chill until set.
