2 (1 ounce) bottles red food coloring

3 tablespoons nestles color.  Mix color and chocolate together and set aside.

1 1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup Crisco

          Mix Sugar and Crisco to make a cream and add and beat well.               

2 eggs

1 cup buttermilk

         Sift and add

2 1/2 cups cake flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon soda

         Add

1 teaspoon vanilla

         Then add chocolate mixture

          Beat well and bake 30 minute at 350 degrees.  Makes 2 Layers

                              Grease and flour 2 8x9 inch pans
