Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Spinach, cooked and chopped fine
  • 1 cup Ricotta, part-skim
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried

Instructions

Mix well and use with Ravioli dough.
