Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs (10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pkg dry vegetable soup mix

Instructions

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Combine spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, water chestnuts, onion and soup mix in serving bowl; mix well. Chill for several hours. Serve with corn chips, assorted crackers or party-sized dark bread.
