Pumpkin Pie Crunch
Description
it's called Pumpkin Pie Crunch, but has a yellow cake mix in it, not sure how it turns out, is it a cake? A pie? Just doesn't matter, it sounds yummy!
Ingredients
- 1 can 16 oz solid packed pumpkin
- 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 tsps pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 box Yellow cake mix
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup butter or margerine melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease bottom of 13x9 inch pan. Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, spice and salt in a large bowl. Pour into pan
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture. Top with pecans. Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown
Serve with whipped cream.
