Jello pudding cake
Description
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Cake mix any flavor (2 layer size)
- 2 pkgs instant pudding any flavor (4 serving size)
- 4 cups milk, cold
- 1 cup confectionary sugar
Instructions
Prepare cake mix as directed on package for a 9 x 13 pan.
Remove from oven and immediately poke holes through the cake with the round handle of a wooden spoon. About 32 holes in rows of 8 x 4.
After poking holes combine pudding with sugar in large bowl. Then on low speed or with a wisk mix for no more than 1 minute.
Quickly before pudding thickens pour over warm cake into holes. Allow remaining pudding to thicken slightly, then spoonn over top and swirl to frost.
Chill at least 1 hour and store in refrigerator
