Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Instructions

Grease and flour 2 - 9" rounds or 1- 9 x 13 pan. Mix all dry ingredients, mix all wet ingredients and then combine. Bake at 300 for 60 minutes.
