Ingredients

  • 1 box Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 box Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups Coconut (Bakers)
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

 

   Preheat Oven to 350
Use 39inch layer tins Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large mixing bowl
Beat for 4 minutes or until thoroughly beaten
Stir in coconut and walnuts
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
