Christmas Reindeer Cookies

Santa really likes these cookies!

Ingredients

  • 1 batch sugar cookie dough
  • 1 bag mini-pretzles
  • 1 bag red jelly beans
  • 1 bag m&ms, sorted into same colored pairs

Instructions

Pre-heat the oven to 325º F.

Roll the cookie dough into a log about 2 1/2 inches around.

Slice the roll into 1/2 inch cookies and place the cookies on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Space them about 1 inch apart on the sheet.

Each cookie will be the face of a reindeer.  Place two pretzles at the top for the antlers, two M & Ms below that for the eyes and a red jelly bean in the center for the nose. Don't press the candy in too hard, or it will melt through and you'll get a hole and burned chocolate instead of eyes!

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

Cool and eat.
