Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb raisins
  • 1 lb red cherries
  • 1 lb green pineapple
  • 1/2 lb red pineapple
  • 6 cups Pecans, shelled
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 tsp soda
  • 1 cup whiskey
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time beating well after each. Add whiskey, sift flour, spices and soda together and mix into creamed mixture very thoroughly. Add fruit and nuts; mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto baking sheet and bake on 310° for 10-12 minutes.
