Description
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups wesson oil
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup pecans (optional)
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsps cinnamon
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Cream sugar and eggs. Add Wesson oil, carrots, and nuts. Add dry ingredients and bake at 350 degrees in a 9x13 pan for 45 minutes. Cool
Notes
Ice with: 6 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 stick butter or margarine
1 box powdered sugar
