Instructions
Mix together:
1 cup flour 1 stick melted oleo 1/2 cup nuts
Spread in 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
Mix together:
1 8-oz cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup Cool Whip
Spread on cooled flour shell.
Mix together:
2 pkg instant chocolate pudding 3 cups milk
Spread on cream cheese layer.
Top with remaining 8-oz Cool Whip
Sprinkle with nuts.
Refrigerate.
